Meet and Greet Visits
In-Person Sitter Introductions
for New and Existing Clients
Our Meet & Greet service is designed to give clients the opportunity to introduce their pets to one of our professional pet sitters. As a part of this service, a Paw Pals pet sitter will come to your home to “Meet and Greet” you and all of your pets. We will discuss your needs, and evaluate your pet’s temperament and behavior, and ensure they are eligible candidates for our pet sitting or dog walking services. We also use this as an opportunity for you to explain and show us your pet’s routine. However, you are under no obligation to obtain services as a result of this visit, and we reserve the right to refuse service if a pet is not a good candidate for our services.
For existing clients, this service can be beneficial if you’ve added a new pet to your family, have moved
house,
or simply have an updated routine you’d like to show us in person.

Monthly Recurring Monday – Friday Visits
for New and Existing Clients
Our mid-day dog walking service is designed for dogs needing a mid-day potty break, dog walk or backyard playtime between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. We’ll always cater the visit to your pup’s specific needs, which can include walking, playtime, brushing, treats, fresh food and water, medications (see our medication administration services), and plenty of love and attention!Pet Visits & Vacation Care
Vacation, Weekend, and Non-Recurring Visits
Our pet visit and vacation care services are designed for all pets in need of care outside our normal mid-day dog walking hours. This service covers any and all types of pets: dog or cat, hamster or parakeet, or any other furry, scaled or feathered critter. Just like with our other services, we’ll cater every visit to your pet’s specific needs which can include dog walking, pet playtime, brushing, treats, fresh food and water, medications (see our medication administration services), litter box cleaning, cage cleaning, and plenty of love and attention!

Bed & Biscuit
An All-Inclusive “Bed & Breakfast” Experience
Our Bed & Biscuit service is our deluxe, top-of-the-line pet care experience. Designed for paw pals and furry friends who want full immersion in an active family environment, our Bed & Biscuit service pairs your pup with one of our amazing Paw Pals hosts for a specialized boarding experience. Each stay is highly personalized to allow your dogs to continue with their typical routine as closely as possible. And because dogs are treated as part of the family when they stay with our sitters, you’ll be sure to see them with a huge smile on their face when you come to pick them up! To be eligible for our Bed & Biscuit service, dogs must be sociable, friendly, house-trained, and current on all shots as well as flea/tick medication.- An overnight stay at a personally-paired Paw Pals host home.

Overnight Visits
A Deluxe, In-Home Overnight Stay
If you’re reluctant to leave your pets home alone overnight, but still want them to feel the experience the comfort and familiarity of staying at home, then our Overnight Visits are the perfect option! Our Overnight Visits are designed to match your paw pals with one of our certified and trusted pet sitters who will then stay at your house with your overnight to care for and keep your pets company. Additional house sitting services are included per (see Additional House Sitting Services below). Our overnight stays last for a minimum of 10 hours (with an on-night arrival between 8-10 PM), and include a regular 30 minute vacation care pet visit the following morning. Additional mid-day and evening pet visits may be scheduled as needed.
- An in-home overnight stay with a trained Paw Pals sitter.

Medication Administration
Add-On Services for Scheduled Visits
Our Paw Pals pet sitters are trained in administering various forms of medication. Most of the time, pets will take medication willingly or with slight coaxing, so there is no additional charge if pet medication is administered with a treat or hidden inside food. However, some medications such as injections and subcutaneous fluids require more expertise and therefore require an additional charge.

Pet Supply Pick-Up
Whether you’re out of town on vacation, or simply too busy with work this week, a Paw Pals pet sitter can make the trip to buy pet supplies when you cannot. Just say the word, and we’ll go fetch food, litter, or other pet supplies needed to take care of your furry friends. Note: We will shop at a nearby pet supply store. If a particular specialty store is requested, additional costs may be incurred depending on distance.

Poopie Patrol
Pet Waste Removal Service
We understand that there may be any number of reasons why you may need someone else to collect and dispose of the pet waste in your yard. While our Paw Pals pet sitters are performing their other responsibilities during your scheduled service, they can also clean up pet waste in your home or yard. Our Poopie Patrol service is available by appointment, either as a stand-alone visit or as an add-on service during a scheduled pet visit.

Pet Taxi
Pet Transportation Service
Our Pet Taxi services allow our clients to perform their personal or professional obligations without having to worry about taking time off work to take their pets to places such as the groomer or the vet. We can safely transport your pets to any location within our service area. In addition, our experienced pet sitters can remain with your pet throughout their vet appointment to give them positive reassurance and loving attention. For these kinds of visits, Paw Pals requires all clients make payment arrangements with their vet or groomer prior to our arrival. We also require that clients are reachable for any decision-making that needs to occur during the visit.
Base Fee: $20
Distance Fee: $3 per mile

Plant Watering
for Indoor and Outdoor Plants
Have you got a leafy, green oasis either inside your home or outside? If so, Paw Pals has got you covered! Whether or not you’ve got pets, Paw Pals is available to water your plants! Our Plant Watering service is available by appointment, either as a stand-alone visit or as an add-on service during a scheduled pet visit or house check.

House Checks
for Home Without Pets
Even if you don’t have any pets, Paw Pals is still available to check on your home for you while you’re on vacation. Our pet sitters can visit your home once or twice a day to take care of the minor household tasks and perform crime-deterring measures, including the following: alternating lights, opening and closing blinds, bringing in any mail, papers and packages, taking out and bringing in the trash and recycling. (House plant and garden watering services are available at an additional cost.)

Booking and Cancellation Policies
Reservation Policy
Paw Pals Pet Sitting services must be requested in advance. We will need to coordinate with our sitters on their availability, and we want to make sure our sitters can devote the time needed to your paw pals. Reservations are best made via our online client portal, or the service request form on our website. Please note: services are not considered officially reserved until acknowledged and invoiced by Paw Pals Pet Sitting. Reserved services are not considered officially confirmed until payment in full is received.Late Booking Policy
We understand that emergencies and last minute plans arise, and we will do everything we can to accommodate short notice requests. However, all late bookings are subject to the following surcharges. Please note: visit requests made after the close of business hours will be considered received as of the next business day.- Monthly Recurring Mid-Day Walk Services: Any visit requested with less than 2 business days’ notice will incur a $10/visit surcharge. Any visit requested for the same day will incur a $25/visit surcharge.
- Vacation, Weekend, and Non-Recurring Visits: Any visit requested with less than 4 business days’ notice will incur a $10/visit surcharge. Any visit requested for the same day will incur a $25/visit surcharge.
- Bed & Biscuit/Overnight Services: Any visit requested with less than 6 business days’ notice will incur a $30/night surcharge.
Payment Policy
Payment is due in full prior to services commencing, via the online Paw Pals client portal, unless special arrangements are agreed upon in writing by both parties. Paw Pals Pet Sitting retains the right to cancel any reservations not paid for by the following deadlines:- Monthly Recurring Mid-Day Walk Services: Payment is due by the 1st of the month. A 15% late payment fee will be added if payment is not received by the 6th of the month.
- All Other Services: Payment is due 2 weeks prior to the start of service, or within 24 hours if less than 2 weeks prior to the start of service.
- Bed & Biscuit/Overnight Services: Any visit requested with less than 6 business days’ notice will incur a $30/night surcharge.
Cancellation Policy
When you book visits with us, you’re not only scheduling service but also reserving your pet sitter’s time. Therefore, we require advance notice of any cancellations so that we are able to adjust sitters’ schedules for other clients accordingly. Canceled services are subject to the following cancellation fees:-
Monthly Recurring Mid-Day Walk Services
- By the end of the business day prior to the date of service: no charge (full refund or credit).
- By 9:00am on the day of service: 50% charge (50% refund or credit).

- More than 5 business days prior to the start of service: no charge (full refund or credit)
- Between 2-4 business days prior to the start of service: 50% charge (50% refund or credit)
- Less than 2 business days prior to the start of service: no refund or credit.
