I further authorize, unless otherwise indicated on this application, the release of my information to Paw Pals Pet Sitting, LLC by any of the schools, services, or employers listed on this application. I also hereby release from liability aw Pals Pet Sitting, LLC and its representatives for seeking, gathering, and using such information to make decisions concerning my status as an independent contractor for Paw Pals Pet Sitting, LLC and all other persons or organizations for providing such information. I also acknowledge that I am not interviewing with Paw Pals Pet Sitting, LLC to gain knowledge of their pet sitting business in order to start my own pet sitting business.
